Comprehensive Wedding Planning Partner

I’m looking for a seasoned wedding planner to take the reins on full-service planning for our celebration of roughly 50–150 guests. My priority is to secure the perfect venue, craft a cohesive décor and theme, and coordinate memorable catering that suits our taste and budget.

From the initial concept right through to the last dance, I’ll count on you to:

• Research and present a curated shortlist of venues that match our style, capacity, and date
• Develop detailed mood boards and décor concepts, sourcing rentals, florals, and lighting as needed
• Recommend reputable caterers, arrange tastings, and negotiate menus and contracts
• Build and manage a comprehensive timeline, vendor schedule, and day-of coordination plan
• Handle vendor communication, contract reviews, and on-site supervision to keep everything on track
