Company Launch Event Coordinator - 24/01/2024 00:49 EST
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I'm seeking a highly skilled Event Manager in Melbourne (Victoria - Australia) to expertly coordinate our upcoming company launch. This launch isn't just a celebration but also a community event in the location of our new venue.
The project will be featuring an entertainment venue with a driving range, mini-golf, food and beverage facilities, and recreational amenities. Venue capacity is up to 500pax. Day 1 media call and formalities, investors (we can handle most of this as pretty simple) Day 2 & 3 will be Public event
We only have conceptual ideas for now. We require coordination and on the ground assistance.
Tasks will consist mainly of:
- Comprehensive event planning and coordination, including on the ground management and coordination. This should include efficiently scheduling activities for the launch and successfully coordinating all logistical aspects of the event. We've already workshopped a run sheed for the event, but need someone awesome to drive out event for success.
Experience with coordinating complex event logistics is highly desired. You should be able to demonstrate a history of previous successful medium-scale events, particularly company launches or community events.
A comprehensive understanding of budget management isn't necessary, but basic financial proficiency will be beneficial. Candidates should be capable of working with a set budget while still achieving high-impact results.
Creativity, exceptional planning skills and attention to detail are crucial to this role. I am looking for someone that can bring a community-oriented concept to life at this grand event.
