College Film Screening Coordinator

I have produced a film and I am planning to organize screenings in college auditoriums across multiple states in India. I am looking for an experienced person or team who can handle the complete coordination and execution of this project. Responsibilities:
Contact colleges and connect with cultural committees / fest organizers
Arrange auditorium bookings for film screenings
Handle all permissions required for screening
Manage ticketing (online/offline)
Plan and execute promotions within college campuses
Coordinate end-to-end event management on screening day
Requirements:
Experience in event management / college events / film distribution
Good communication and networking skills
Ability to manage multiple locations and coordinate efficiently
Prior experience with college collaborations is a plus
