Brochure Distribution at Nuremberg Toy Fair
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
TO PERFORM THIS TASK - YOU NEED TO BE LOCATED IN GERMANY (NUREMBERG)
From 27 to 31 January I will be exhibiting at the Nuremberg Spielwarenmesse (Germany) and need a reliable person in Germany (in Nuremberg) on-site to put our printed brochures directly into the hands of other exhibitors at their individual booths. All materials are ready to go; the job is purely about personable, proactive distribution throughout the halls.
You’ll receive the brochures, a simple floor-plan with the target sections highlighted, and a short sentence explaining our product so you can introduce it confidently when you approach each stand. I expect a friendly greeting and a quick hand-over—no hard selling—then a note of any questions or contact requests the exhibitor volunteers.
Deliverables I will check at the end of each day:
• Approximate number of brochures handed out and remaining
• Any collected business cards or inquiries noted clearly
Fluency in English is essential; basic German would be helpful for smooth navigation. Comfortable footwear and the stamina to cover several halls over four days are a must.
If you are already in Nuremberg or can be there for the full show dates and enjoy meeting people on a busy trade-fair floor, this will be a straightforward assignment. Please note - YOU NEED TO BE LOCATED IN NUREMBERG
