I’m looking for a reliable bookings assistant who can land new gigs for my band and keep every confirmed date perfectly organized inside a shared Google Doc.
Here’s what I need you to handle:
• Reach out to suitable venues, promoters, and event organizers, secure show dates, and confirm basic performance terms.
• Log each confirmed show in the Google Doc, completing these fields exactly: Venue details, Performance time, and Contact person.
• Keep the sheet up to date as changes come in, flagging anything that needs my attention.
• If you have a quick way to create simple digital flyers for each show, I’m happy for you to include that too, but the core job is booking and tracking.
Clear communication, timely updates, and an eye for venue fit are crucial. If you have experience booking bands or managing tour calendars—and you’re comfortable living in Google Workspace—let’s talk.
