Birthday Party Coordinator
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm planning a birthday party for 50-100 guests and need assistance to ensure everything runs smoothly:
Hello, my spouse very last minute decided he wants a 50th birthday party. The venue is in Chamblee, 30341 on 2/28/25 and is from 5-9p, approx 45-50 guests. I was planning to do the decor and set up myself and have balloons, balloon arches with covers, cocktail tables and covers, centerpiece etc but just realizing that all these things will take hours of time away from family who will be in town to celebrate him. I'm putting feelers out to find out what is possible on day-of in terms of setup and coordination
Meal: Hors d'oeuvre ONLY. There are 10 cocktail tables, there are a few additional areas to sit inside the venue (2 sofas)
There will be a DJ
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up decorations
- Managing the event on the day
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with event coordination
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage a team of helpers
