About the Role:
With increasing demand from our Japan-based pharmaceutical customers, we are seeking an experienced Webcast Manager to join our team as a contractor. This role involves managing webinar projects directly with clients, ensuring smooth production and delivery of high-quality virtual events.
The successful candidate will be trained and certified on the SpotMe platform, enabling them to operate webinar production independently and effectively. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the APAC region, with significant opportunities to manage diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Japan-based pharmaceutical clients during webinar projects.
Manage the full lifecycle of webinar production, from planning to execution, ensuring client satisfaction.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, timelines, and objectives for each project.
Operate webinar production on the SpotMe platform, following training and certification.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination with technical and production support teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during live events to minimize disruption.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Webcast Manager, Webinar Producer, or Project Manager in the virtual events space.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and operate new platforms (SpotMe experience is a bonus).
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Japanese is highly desirable.
Flexibility to work hours that align with Japan-based client needs and APAC time zones.
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and compliance standards is a plus.
