looking for etsy VA to work on percentage basis
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My Etsy shop is at the stage where solid, repeatable operations matter more than sheer hustle, so I’m setting up a percentage-based collaboration that rewards results. Earnings come directly from an agreed share of each month’s net sales once Etsy releases its statement.
Here’s what the role covers each month:
• Managing listings – polish titles, tags, photos and run promos or coupon drops, all inside Etsy’s Shop Manager.
• Customer service – answer every message within 24 hours to protect the Star Seller badge and keep ratings high.
• Social media marketing – plan a simple content calendar and publish posts or reels that drive traffic back to the listings.
For now everything happens with Etsy’s own tools; if a third-party platform clearly boosts efficiency we can revisit after the first cycle. One thorough sweep per month plus quick ad-hoc replies is usually enough, so the workload stays reasonable while still moving the needle.
Acceptance criteria:
1. All live listings carry the updated keywords and any new photos by month-end.
2. Response time on customer messages stays under 24 hours with conversation rating ≥4.8.
3. Social channels match the agreed post count and a short engagement snapshot is delivered.
4. A shared Google Sheet shows sales, key KPIs and your commission figure on the first business day after Etsy posts the numbers.
When the shop grows, your payout scales automatically, making this a true win-win arrangement.
