Insert Images Into 181 Etsy Ads

I have roughly 181 live Etsy ads that each need two additional product images. All images are ready for you to copy from a public url (numista.com) and upload to my Etsy ads. I need the two front and back product images placed in the 3rd and 4th image position of every listing so that the current first and second pictures stay exactly as they are.
