Houston Home Goods Resale

Job ID: 40025739

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

I have an antique booth in the antique mall here in Houston that I need for divest from and liquidate all items.
You would:

• Visit my location (or meet for pickup) to photograph each item in clear, well-lit shots that show detail and scale. A modern phone camera or DSLR is fine as long as the images look professional and marketplace-ready. Lightning is key.

• Do quick, accurate market research on eBay, Etsy, and Facebook Marketplace to gauge competitive pricing, shipping expectations, and keywords. I’m interested in those three platforms but open to more, so expertise with their search filters, sold-item history, and listing templates is essential.

• Write and post the listings, optimizing titles, descriptions, and tags so they rank well and convert. I’ll supply basic item facts; you fill in measurements, condition notes, and any style or era details uncovered during research.

• Monitor for questions, handle offers, and once an item sells, package it securely and ship it promptly. I’ll reimburse all shipping and packing costs and provide a prepaid label workflow when possible. This cost should be built into the price.

• Keep a simple shared spreadsheet (or Airtable, Notion—your choice) showing date listed, price, fees, and profit so we can track performance.

Please highlight any past reselling or marketplace experience—especially with home décor or vintage goods—and note the gear you’ll use for photography and shipping. If you’ve managed the entire flip cycle before, that’s exactly what I’m after.

I’m ready to start right away and plan to add new inventory weekly, so reliability and clear communication are key. Looking forward to hearing how you can streamline this Houston home-goods resale operation.

Pay will be a mix of an hourly rate and commission.
