Etsy VA for complete store Management

I run several Etsy shops and need a detail-oriented virtual assistant who can keep them growing smoothly. Your day-to-day focus will be on product research, creating and optimising new listings, and general store management. I rely on EverBee for keyword research, so you should already be comfortable extracting data from that tool to build high-converting titles, tags and descriptions.

Beyond that core work, you’ll handle uploads, keep each storefront neatly organised, and jump into customer support whenever questions come in. Clear, friendly English is essential because you’ll sometimes reply to buyers directly.

I don’t have a rigid deadline; what matters is consistent, accurate delivery and the ability to work independently without constant prompts. This is planned as a long-term collaboration, so I’m looking for someone who treats the shops as if they were their own and is keen to suggest improvements along the way.
