Etsy account Suspended- Expert needed

Hi, My Etsy Account has been suspended.
I created an account with 1 listing and account was suspended and later reinstated. After 45 days I made another listing and account suspended after 6 hours.
I asked Etsy to explain but they have send me a same Permanent suspension messages again and again.
- I have attached my payoneer Bank
- Account was UK based made on UK VPS.
- Account was verified with ID and BILL
