Help with Etsy Listing Variations + Simple Google Form for Custom Orders

Hi there! I run a small Etsy shop where I sell custom felt name banners. I’m looking for someone to help with:
• Setting up Etsy listing variations so customers can choose:
• Number of letters (e.g. 1–3, 4–6, 7–10, etc.)
• Theme complexity (e.g. simple: strawberries / detailed: dinosaurs)
• Extra decorations (e.g. hearts, flowers, pearls)
• Color selection (either via text box or dropdown)
• Creating a clean, easy-to-fill Google Form for local orders and Instagram inquiries that includes:
• Name
• Theme and style selection
• Color preferences (wide selection, not limited to 3)
• Add-on decorations
• Clear way to calculate or understand pricing
The goal is to keep it all simple and stress-free for customers. I already have a clear idea of how I want it to look — I just need someone to help bring it to life.
This is not a complex project — just need someone who understands Etsy listing setup and is comfortable building a basic Google Form.
