Etsy SEO & Pinterest Growth Specialist (Long-Term)

I run Velora Studio, a vintage-focused Etsy shop, and I’m looking for a long-term partner who can help turn great products into consistent sales. Your core mission will be to grow the business through better visibility, higher conversion rates, and sustainable sales growth.
What the day-to-day looks like
You will take full ownership of Etsy SEO, listing optimization, Etsy Ads, competitor research, conversion optimization, analytics, and Pinterest marketing. From keyword research and refining titles, tags, attributes, descriptions, and images to managing advertising campaigns and developing organic Pinterest traffic, you will be responsible for ensuring that every listing performs at its highest potential.

Optimization of titles, tags, attributes, descriptions, and images
Etsy Ads setup, management, and optimization
Pinterest marketing and organic traffic growth
Conversion optimization and shop analytics
Development and execution of long-term growth strategies
How Success Will Be Measured
Success will be measured primarily by sustainable sales growth, supported by improvements in organic traffic, Etsy search visibility, conversion rate, and advertising performance. The specialist will be expected to independently monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and proactively implement improvements without requiring constant supervision.
Compensation
Our initial budget is approximately equivalent to $300 USD per month, plus a performance-based bonus. Since every specialist works differently, the exact working arrangement, expected hours, bonus structure, performance percentages, and success criteria will be discussed and agreed upon with the selected candidate before we begin working together.
