Etsy Print-On-Demand Store Setup

I shoot landscapes and wildlife images and now want that catalogue to start earning through an Etsy storefront. The goal is simple: create a fully-functioning, print-on-demand shop where customers can order my photos as open-edition prints in multiple sizes and as ready-to-hang framed pieces.

Here’s what I need handled from start to finish:

• Open a new Etsy shop (or optimise my existing, empty account) and connect it to a Gelato account

• Design the shop’s branding elements (banner, logo placement, store policies) so everything feels cohesive with my current photographic style.

• Upload an initial collection of my images—around 20 pieces to start—creating compelling titles, descriptions and tags that follow Etsy SEO best practice.

• Configure product variants for each image: a range of print sizes plus the framed-photo option, with mock-ups that show the artwork on a wall.

• Set up shipping profiles, pricing tiers and automated order fulfilment so that once the shop opens, customers can buy seamlessly.

• Walk me through the workflow I’ll follow to add new images on my own.

I’ll supply the high-resolution files; you bring proven experience launching print-on-demand stores on Etsy and can show past examples of similar work.
