Etsy & Payhip Upload Specialist

I need someone to quickly upload 22 digital products (PDFs, journals, card decks, workbooks, bundles) to Etsy and Payhip.

All titles, descriptions, prices, and tags are complete in a master CSV.
Some product images are ready, but others will need to be extracted from PDFs and turned into simple, clean mockups in Canva or similar.

Scope of Work:

Etsy (via bulk CSV import)
• Import all 22 products as drafts from my CSV.
• Add mockup images.
• Upload the correct ZIP/PDF files for each listing.
• Check categories, tags, and pricing.

Payhip (manual upload)
• Add all 22 products with matching images, titles, descriptions, prices, and files from the CSV.

Image & Mockup Work — 20 Total Images
• Card Decks (6 total): Extract cover + 2 sample cards from each PDF. Arrange into 1 mockup image per deck.
• Bundles (6 total): Use existing deck images to create 1 combined mockup per bundle (no new extraction needed).
• Journals / Workbooks / Guides (7 total): Extract cover + 1 inside page from each PDF. Arrange into 1 mockup image per product.
• Freebie/Low-Price Guide (1 total): Extract cover + 1 inside page, arrange into 1 mockup image.

Requirements:
• Basic Etsy or e-commerce listing experience.
• Ability to take high-quality screenshots or image extractions from PDFs.
• Basic Canva/Photoshop skills for simple mockups.
• Attention to detail — product names, files, and prices must match exactly.
