I run a growing Etsy store that sells a mix of printable planners, wall-art downloads, and the occasional e-book, and I’d like a seasoned virtual assistant to keep the shop running smoothly while helping it scale.

• Daily customer support—answering messages, handling file-delivery questions, and keeping our star-seller response time intact.

• Store promotion—researching keywords, fine-tuning on-page SEO, scheduling Etsy Ads with a data-driven mindset, and creating eye-catching mock-ups or banner updates using your preferred editing tool.

The right fit already knows how to:

• Work with Etsy SEO tools (eRank, Marmalead or similar) and weave high-intent keywords naturally into titles and tags.

• Manage Etsy Ads budgets, monitor their performance, and report wins or tweaks in plain language.

• Touch up product images and mock-ups quickly—Canva, Photoshop, or any tool that gets crisp, scroll-stopping results.

I handle the creative direction and supply all artwork files; you handle the execution and optimisation. We’ll start with a small batch of new listings and, once those hit benchmark views and conversion rates, move into a longer-term rhythm. Regular check-ins happen over Slack or email—whatever keeps communication seamless.
