Daily Etsy Listings & Optimization
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
I run a small Etsy shop focused on vintage items and need to keep it stocked with ten fresh listings every single day. Your job is to turn raw AliExpress product shots into polished, on-brand listings that feel truly “Etsy.”
Here’s what the workflow looks like:
1. Source the photos I provide (usually straight from AliExpress), remove or mask the original background, then drop each item onto whatever backdrop best flatters it—plain white, rustic wood, or something abstract. I’m flexible; choose whatever fits the piece and still looks cohesive in my shop grid.
2. Feed the cleaned images into your preferred AI copy tool to generate a compelling, SEO-rich title, description, and keyword set tailored to Etsy’s vintage category.
3. Publish the listing in my store, making sure it’s fully optimized for search (attributes, tags, alt-text, categories, pricing, shipping profile, the lot) and that a total of ten new, live listings appear every day.
4. Track each day’s uploads in a simple spreadsheet so I can monitor performance.
Deliverables (daily):
• 10 live Etsy listings for vintage items
• Edited imagery with cohesive backgrounds
• AI-generated, keyword-optimized title, description & tags
• Update to the shared tracking sheet
To be considered, send me a detailed project proposal outlining:
• The tools you’ll use for background replacement and AI copy (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Your system for keyword research and SEO validation
• An example timetable showing how you will hit the ten-per-day target without sacrificing quality
If you understand Etsy SEO, know your way around quick image editing, and can keep up a steady cadence of high-quality listings, I’d love to see how you’d approach this.
