Creative Digital Assistant for Photography & Design

I am a professional photographer and digital product seller (Etsy).
I am looking for a reliable assistant (or designer/editor) to help me with:
– creating Lightroom presets (visual style, not technical installation)
– designing product covers and preview images for Etsy listings
This is NOT a one-time task. I am looking for long-term collaboration.
What I need:
– Creation of Lightroom presets based on references (soft, natural, family / newborn photography style)
– Product cover design for digital products (Etsy-style visuals, clean and minimal)
– Preview images showing before/after results
What I will provide:
– RAW or JPG photos for testing presets
– Clear references and examples of styles I like
– Brand direction (colors, mood, examples from Etsy)
Requirements:
– Experience with Lightroom presets OR photo editing
– Experience with digital product visuals (Etsy / Shopify is a big plus)
– Ability to follow references and keep visual consistency
– Good communication and respect for deadlines
Deliverables:
– Lightroom presets (.xmp or .lrtemplate)
– Cover images and preview images (ready for Etsy)
Important:
– Please include examples of similar work (presets, photo editing, product visuals).
– If you have worked with Etsy or digital products before, mention it.
