Create a notion template

looking for someone to create an entire Notion workspace life planner with up to 30 pages (i.e budget page, fitness page, habit tracker, to do list, task management, etc....) and for them to create a template guide on how to use it.

I would also like Esty marketing material (listing photos, cover photos, thumbnails) and the the rights to the template so I can resell the template as a digital downland
