Talend ETL developer

I am looking for a Talend ETL developer to assist with a medium-sized data migration project using Talend Open Studio. The ideal candidate will have experience in data migration and be proficient in using Talend Open Studio for ETL tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience working with medium-sized datasets (1,000-10,000 records)
- In-depth knowledge of data migration processes and best practices
- Proficiency in using Talend Open Studio for ETL tasks
- Ability to map, clean, and transform data according to project requirements
- Familiarity with data integration and data cleaning concepts
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the current dataset and identify any data quality issues or gaps
- Develop and implement data migration strategies using Talend Open Studio
- Create and execute ETL jobs to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with the team to define data mapping rules and transformations
- Monitor and optimize ETL processes for efficiency and performance
