Google Colab Script for BigQuery Import

I need a Google Colab script that imports daily Excel files into BigQuery for historical reporting. The Excel files will contain Salesforce object metadata.

Requirements
- Process each workbook in the Excel file.
- Include worksheet name and date in each record.
- Use provided sample Google Colab code.

Basic error checks are needed. Duplicate records should be overwritten with new data.
