Build AI-Powered Outbound Email Pipeline (DBT, BigQuery, Cargo, PromptLayer, SendGrid)

We have a client for whom we need to create an AI-driven outbound email system to scale personalized sales outreach using real customer insights (Gong calls) and dynamic AI copywriting.

We're looking for a technical contractor who can build and launch this end-to-end pipeline:

Scope:
1. Validate DBT models in BigQuery (clean contact data).
2. Engineer smart AI prompts in PromptLayer (tone + Gong pain point extraction).
3. Build Cargo.io ETL pipelines (data movement and AI job orchestration).
4. Integrate AI outputs into SendGrid templates with split testing.
5. Set up dashboards for reply, booking, and deliverability tracking.

Requirements:
1. Strong skills in DBT, BigQuery, ETL orchestration, PromptLayer (or OpenAI API), and SendGrid.
2. Experience with AI prompt engineering and outbound sales automation.
3. Ability to work independently and improve based on weekly performance reviews.

Timeline: 4–5 weeks setup, potential ongoing optimization.

Bonus: Experience parsing Gong call transcripts or past AI outbound email work.
