recover funds in internal transaction

Nexo sent me ETH by an internal transaction. I need to know how I can get all informations about the transaction and the smart contract. And I need a report describing how recover the Ether by sending to my ethereum address. Of course without exhibiting my private key. And if necessary use adequate software to do part or the job.
