Im looking for help to write a DAO contract for a collectible so many people can pool together and purchase it and then sell at a later time

I need a DAO contract so I can make a pool where people put ETH or other currencies to form a DAO to purchase certain collectible equities.

I need someone with financial tech understanding so that there be able to build this correctly.
