P2P local Energy trading

We are developing an energy smart meter gateway (SMGW), to enable local P2P energy trading.
this SMGW has LoRaWAN as communication media.
This SMGW has to be light client in Ethereum blockchain since it has no computational power and it based on an arduino and a secure element (the private key and the encryption functions has to be stored and done on a secure element.).
this project has a target Trusted Transactions in Blockchain and Blochchain IoT (BIoT) Platforms.
