Write an Ethereum Smart Contract

I am looking for an experienced Ethereum Smart Contract developer to write a custom contract for me. The contract should be written in Solidity, as I have a specific requirement for the contract. I do not have any existing contracts that need to be adapted, nor sample code; I am starting from scratch. Thus, I’m looking for someone who is proficient in writing custom contracts from the ground up and understands the nuances of Ethereum blockchain development. Ideally, the developer will have a solid understanding of security principles, design patterns, and best practices for writing smart contracts on the Ethereum platform. This project will require the developer to be creative and think through the problem at hand with out-of-the-box solutions.
