We are Looking For Solidity Smart Contract Development For Token that Charges 18% Fee to Token Sender and out of this 18 % , 7% Distributed Among Token Holders as Reward accordingly to Balance (More They Hold More They Get) and Rest of 11 % Goes to Some Permanent Addresses.
To Get Rewards from 7% Fee, Token Holders have to Meets certain Conditions which are described in Transaction Flow Diagram.

Condition 1. Holder Must Have Minimum Balance of 10 Token to get his Share from 7%
Condition 2. He Will Get His Weightage Share (i.e More He Hold Numbers of Tokens, More He gets reward from 7% )
Condition 3. Holder gets his weightage share from 7 % upto 100 tokens Balance Only. If Holder balance is More than 100 before Tx he will not Get any Share from 7%
Condition 4. Sender and Receiver of TX ( Holder 1, Holder 2 ) Will never get any share from 7% Transactions.
Condition 5: If Holder or Wallet Address Hold More Than 1000 Tokens. There Will be no 18 % Selling Penalty for that address To send tokens
