Senior Ethereum Blockchain Engineer Needed

I’m searching for a senior-level blockchain engineer who lives and breathes Ethereum. The work centers on three pillars:
• Smart contract development in Solidity
• DeFi protocol architecture and implementation
• Full-stack DApp development, tying contracts to a JavaScript front end
You’ll own the entire contract lifecycle—from designing secure logic, writing and testing code, to mainnet deployment and post-launch iteration. Expect to interface directly with product, security auditors, and our front-end team so we keep gas costs low and UX smooth.
I already have high-level product specs; what I need now is your technical leadership to translate them into:
1. Robust, audited Solidity contracts (OpenZeppelin tooling preferred)
2. A modular DeFi protocol that can support future pools and strategies
3. JavaScript integration layers (ethers.js or web3.js) plus clear documentation
If you’ve shipped production contracts, understand common attack vectors, and can articulate trade-offs in gas, scalability, and composability, let’s talk.
