NFT Project Lead Developer Required

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE RESPONDING

Hello - I am a founder of an NFT project that we are hoping to launch in the next 6 to 8 weeks. We have some great/innovative concepts for this project that you have never heard of before. We are looking for a lead developer to join the team (or possibly a tech consultant who can help us to hire the right people).

I have over 20 years of project management experience across many countries and industries (ecommerce, retail, finance, etc). I am invested in this project for the long term - so I am looking for someone who can be dedicated and also want to help grow the project - I am not interesting in anyone wanting to flip this project quickly and move onto something else.

What we have completed already:
- Artwork is complete (over 160 unique attributes)
- Whitepaper, roadmap, etc (over 30 pages of detailed information)
- Marketing and website plans/ideas (over 10 pages of detailed plans)
- Purchased domain name and acquired related social media handles
- Created Discord server with several channels and roles, etc

What I need assistance with:
- Creating a NFT promotion website (possibly using Netlify or Sitefinity or React or maybe even Wordpress)
- SEO, CDN, page speed optimization, etc. for this site
- Minting and smart contract and wallet integration, etc
- Integration to OpenSea or other marketplaces
- Unique website functionality (for example, embedding and tweaking simple open source games on github so they are playable on the site)
- Admin/backend dashboard so I can make simple changes to the site
- Frontend dashboard with various graphs/widgets embedded in the site which use different data sources (similar to something like powerBI or other BI tools)

Again, I am looking for someone who can be part of the team - and engage/interact with other teams, and provide suggestions/improvements to the overall project.
