We are in search of a seasoned expert in the field of blockchain technology. The ideal candidate:
1. Must possess expertise in smart contract development and blockchain security.
2. Should demonstrate proficiency in front-end development, as designing the user interface for the decentralized application (Dapp) is a crucial component of this role.
3. Previous experience with blockchain implementations, particularly in the context of medical record management, would be highly valued.
The primary objective is to fix a blockchain-based medical record management system that delivers:
1. Secure storage of medical records to ensure absolute confidentiality and data protection.
2. Implementation of access control and permissions management to restrict access to medical records exclusively to authorized individuals.
3. Incorporation of an audit trail for record changes to uphold transparency and accountability within the system.
4. The capability to establish user profiles in Dapps, empowering patients with control over their medical data.
