Ethereum/BNB samrt cahin, password to confirm transaction (web3/solidity,...?)

So what i need is more security for my ETH and BNB smart cain wallet. As for example i put in the script my ETH/BNB (X number) addresses + priv. key and a password. So before any translation i need to confirm it with password. That means that from any wallet i do transfer i need a password to confirm it.

So this is like a general idea, if you have any other option or better solution im open for it.
ps. im not really an IT guy so i need human explanation :)
