ERC-20 Token Contract Development

I need an Ethereum smart contract for an ERC-20 token. The contract should include functionalities for minting, staking, and claiming tokens.

Key requirements:
- Minting tokens
- Staking functionality in specific time windows
- Claiming tokens in specific time windows
- Fixed supply and minting new erc20 after claiming

Additionally, a simple UI is required for testing purposes.
