[Defi] Expert of Community Manager / Marketing Producer for DEX and Perpetual Futures Markets

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience of Marketing Producer
- 5 years of experience of Community manager
- 3 years of experience of Web3/Crypto projects at any positions
- 1 year of experience of Defi
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a Business Management, Economics, Financial Economics, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role leading project teams
- 3 years of experience of managing big communities (more than 100k people)
- Having basic knowledges of Defi, Perpetual Futures Products
- Experience with Defi, CEX, DEX or NFT projects
- Experience of trading, especially for Perpetual Futures, or cryptocurrencies

We are a team of passionate web3/crypto engineers. We implemented our core features as a Perpetual Futures on DEX, and are under audit now. We already contacted to some VCs to raise funds in a few months to grow our products rapidly this year. To gain much more attention from the crypto people and to establish our big community, we are looking for well-experienced Community Manager, Marketing Producer who has huge passion for web3/crypto and Defi of Perpetual Futures.
Responsibilities
- Aggressively participate to communicate with our teams to gather information of our Defi products, and with outside the teams to have tons of relations
- Learn/understand our perpetual futures DEX products and deliver the greatness to crypto people
- Continuously engage with Discord, Twitter, and some other social accounts to educate/foster our community everyday
- Communicate with external protocol projects, establish strong connection with them and propose some collaborative projects with them.
- Come up with innovative marketing events like Bug Bounty, IDO for insurance funding, Airdrop, etc, so to drastically be attractive crypto people
