Crypto Payment Integration for Ecommerce Site
Budget: $50,000 – $100,000 USD
We have an ecommerce project based on React, Node and MongoDB. We call it the sunlife-ecommerce project.
This is the current live site : thesnuslife.com
We have to enable websites to carry out payments in cryptocurrency, using Smart Contracts. This project incorporates the following technologies:
- Ethereum Smart Contracts
- Solidity
- OpenZeppelin
- Truffle
- Front End (HTML, CSS, BootStrap, Javascript, React JS)
- Back End (Node JS, KOA Framework, MongoDB)
We have used Reactjs to make the UI E-commerce website and we have to use DAI cryptocurrency for the payments. For designing and coding the smart contracts in our application we have to use Solidity, OpenZeppelin and Truffle. We have to use the DAI stable coin for carrying out transactions which is one of the most popular stable coins and most decentralized. One DAI is always equal to one dollar. Firstly we have to build the front end where the user will be able to access the application with a web browser. We have to build a backend which ties and connects our smart contracts and the working of the crypto network with the user interface. We have to use the MongoDB database where all the payments are stored and tracked. And finally we have to use the Etherum blockchain which consists of the PaymentProcessor smart contract and the ERC20 token contract where the actual payments are done and validated.
What you will do
Integrating Blockchain Technology:
You should set up a smart contract framework using Solidity, which would manage transactions on the blockchain.
Developing Smart Contracts:
Create a smart contract for processing payments that ensures funds are transferred only after the buyer confirms receipt of goods.
Implementing Decentralized Payment Systems:
Integrate wallets like MetaMask or Trust Wallet so users can make purchases using cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin or Ethereum.
Creating a Token System:
Create an ERC-20 token that users can earn as a reward for every purchase, which they can later use to receive discounts on future transactions.
Ensuring Security and Compliance:
Conduct audits of smart contracts to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulations, such as KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements.
Building a User Interface for Blockchain Features:
Design a dashboard that allows users to view their transaction history, manage their cryptocurrency wallets, and track loyalty tokens in real-time.
Testing and Debugging:
Use testing frameworks like Truffle or Hardhat to simulate transactions and identify potential issues before deployment.
Documentation and Training:
Develop a user guide that explains how to connect a wallet, make transactions, and utilize the loyalty token system.
Staying Updated with Blockchain Trends:
Attend blockchain conferences or webinars to discover new tools, frameworks, and best practices that can enhance your eCommerce platform.
