Create a smart contract on the ETH blockchain, including Flashloans from DxDy.exchange, and deposits on vaults and pools on Yearn and Balancer

I need to create a smart contract on the Ethereum blockchain, that includes flash loans from DxDy.exchange, and deposits on vaults and pools on Yearn and Balancer. I am looking for a developer that has successfully created a this type of contracts in the past. Additionally create the contract and deploy it on a ETH mainnet fork on HardHat using Ganache, so it can be run without paying gas, also include tests and console logs so you can see whats happening step by step, and the instructions to run it successfully on the fork and the real mainnet. The objective is to generate profit. Ideally I want to build a long term working relationship so that we can build additional contracts. Also I need help deploy it successfully.
The workflow of the contract will be the following:
*DyDx FL (DAI+USDC)
* Part of DAI amount deposit Balancer 3pool
* USDC deposit Balancer 3pool
* USDT withdraw from Balancer 3pool
* Remaining DAI deposit yDai Vault on Yearn.finance
* USDT return part of the USDT to Balancer 3pool
* Redeem the yDAI tokens shares
* Repeat above steps till have enough balance to repay the FL
