Copy web3 website and add smart contract signature on click of a button

I need a freelancer for my project.
I need a copy of this website like this (https://raffle-site.webflow.io/) i can easily upload to netlify and change the logo on the header and the background with an image or so so i can reuse it as a template.
Then i want the feature that when people click the "register" button it opens up metamask and ask to sign a smart contract : this one (https://tij.me/blog/scamming-people-via-ethereum-smart-contracts/) i want it with my eth adress. and then when done and signed it brings the user back to a page the same as this one (https://raffle-site.webflow.io/) but with "Registered Successfully" written.
Please ONLY message me if you can do it otherwise dont waste my time.
