Build NFT marketplace with minting feature

We are working on a project that requires building out an ETH wallet and marketplace functionality into an existing websites user account functionality.
We need help devolving the NFTs with unlockable content (content only viewable if you own of the NFT), as well as a process for users to view there ETH wallet (Balance + their NFTs) within our websites current account infrastructure. We would like these to be 3d. We have a 3D graphic designer but need help with the generative art algorithm for 3d art.
We also would like to develop a marketplace where users can post their NFTs for sale and trade them with other users with existing accounts. As well as of course transfer out their NFTs to other wallets, etc.
