Build Ethereum voting dapp
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
I would like to build a simple voting dapp (smart contract + simple frontend) that collects votes and funds in a pot from user accounts sent in via transactions.
Each transaction will capture a nominated user account to be voted for plus a number of votes (~10) and optional payment.
A transaction with votes can be sent to the smart contract with or without payment; and also a payment can be sent to the smart contract with or without votes.
Finally, on a periodic basis(~ quarterly), the smart contract will send a portion of the funds in the pot to the user account with the highest number of received votes.
N.B. Votes are weighted differently by payment magnitude.
All miner fees will be payable from the smart contract's pot.
