We want to build a blockchain based solution for maintaining and verifying educational records which are issued by the university / school and digitally verified and kept in decentralized ledger.
Also, we want a solution where a verifier can verify the credentials by entering the digitally encrypted key.
The solution needs to be Ethereum based.
Only serious solution providers having done such similar projects in past may apply.
