Description:
I am seeking an experienced Construction Estimator based in the UAE with strong knowledge of Dubai construction codes and authority requirements to support ongoing and upcoming villa projects.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in preparing accurate and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for the following disciplines:
Civil & Structural works
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
Interior Fit-Out works
Key Requirements:
Based in the UAE (Dubai experience is mandatory)
Solid understanding of Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and relevant UAE codes
Demonstrated experience with villa projects (modifications, new build and fit-out)
Ability to prepare detailed, itemized BOQs with clear specifications
Familiarity with local market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors
Deliverables:
Accurate BOQs aligned with drawings, specifications, and UAE standards
Clear breakdowns for civil, MEP, and fit-out scopes
Support during revisions, value engineering, and clarifications if required
Project Type:
Freelance / Long-term collaboration (subject to performance)
