Procore Specialist Manager

Essential Functions:

• Project Manager Procore and Support Program and Project teams as needed and necessary
• Work with Program and Projects teams to ensure timely and accurate updates and data
• Assist with other Procore platforms and data
• Procore Management and coordination of Company and Project level services
• Project Creation
• Data Entry
• Company and Project Directories
• Company and Project Documents
• Creation of workflows and distribution lists
• Assist the Project team throughout the project life cycle on RFI's, Punch Lists, and KPIs
• Assist with and manage other Procore related tasks
• Estimating
• Takeoffs
• Field workers management
• Timesheets

Qualifications:

• Two years of professional experience with an Engineering/Program/Construction contractor
• Experience with Procore and the different products within the system. It is a must.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
