Multi-Trade Xactimate Damage Estimates

A single, comprehensive Xactimate estimate package is required for three distinct loss scenarios—wind, fire, and water—so our GC team can move each claim forward without delay.

Wind damage must fully cover Roofing, Siding, and Windows.
Fire damage needs complete scopes for Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry.
Water damage should follow Xactimate best practices for mitigation, drying, and rebuild; any additional trade allowances that commonly appear on water claims are welcome where justified.

Deliverables
• One Xactimate ESX file plus matching, well-formatted PDF for each loss type
• Line-item detail that aligns with current price lists and regional modifiers
• Clear trade break-outs so the field team can hand scopes directly to subs
• Brief notes on any assumptions or code upgrades included

Acceptance is met once all three estimates open natively in Xactimate desktop, totals reconcile to the PDFs, and each trade scope matches the categories listed above.
