Measure External Walls/Party Walls + Wall to Floor Ratio 3x

For three total configurations, I require (for three plan configurations):

1.
o measure the area of external walls using the centreline of the wall x height
o measure the area of party walls using the length up to the inside face of the external wall x height


2.
Calculate the wall-to-floor ratio for PLAN CONFIGURATION 2
