Develop Independent Cost Estimates

We're a mass transit agency funded by federal and state capital grants. Per federal and state procurement law, we're required to produce and Independent Cost Estimate (ICE) for procurements above $10,000. We have multiple projects in the queue, so we have plenty of work to do, and remote work is entirely acceptable. We'd want to coordinate up front with phone, zoom, but once you're oriented in our plan, it's fairly straight forward.
