I'm seeking an experienced estimator to assist my construction firm with job quantity assessments. The project involves estimating for:
- Material quantities: Determining the necessary materials for various tasks, including but not limited to, concrete, steel, wood, etc.
- Labor hours: Calculating the man-hours required for each phase of the project.
- Equipment usage: Assessing the necessary machinery and its usage time for optimal efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in the construction industry, preferably in a quantifying or estimating role. They should be proficient in using construction management software and have a good understanding of construction processes. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate job quantity assessments.
