I'm in need of a competent and reliable individual to provide me with daily estimates for both small and large commercial roofing projects. Your main responsibilities will be to analyze and provide quotes for a variety of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, clay, TPO, ISO, rubber, slate, and metal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the requirements of each project, considering the size and material of the roof
- Provide detailed and accurate cost estimates
- Deliver estimates in a timely manner

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in the commercial roofing industry
- Proficient in a variety of roofing materials, including asphalt shingles, clay, TPO, ISO, rubber, slate, and metal
- Ability to handle both small and large-scale roofing projects
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to deliver accurate estimates in a timely manner.
