Commercial Construction Flooring Estimation
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We need help with an easy, but time consuming process, to estimate flooring installation for commercial properties. We provide training of the step by step process to calculate quantities based on architectural drawings, which is called take-off.
Skills and experience necessary for this job include:
- Willing to learn and skilled with computers. Need one large screen as this work involves opening large images that need to be zoomed in and out back and forth.
- Preferably (not required) entry level skills for flooring estimation especially in commercial properties
- We provide access to in-house web application that handles all the data entry.
- No need to submit work any paperwork nor send emails or prepare documents. Everything resides in the webapp.
Availability between 2 to 4 hours a day.
