Tutor for corrections of personal statements

I'm trying to apply for Bachelor's & Master's degree in few univs&colleges, and I want to hire a tutor who will take a look on my essays and give me feedback & corrections, until I apply. 8-10 essays in total, including personal statements, essays, script and portfolio descriptions.

I want a native English speaker, who has at least Master's degree. Also it would be better if your major is art(especially film related).
