Engineering Management Environment Paradigm Exercise
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
• Choose any system, organization, business event, product release, scientific discovery or theory, historical or political event, major cultural shift/event, etc. that you are aware of in which a paradigm shift occurred and describe it fully (no more than 3 pages, 1½ spaced, 12 font, 1in. borders all around). You are encouraged to use references (where possible) as well as figures, pictures, etc.
Must have the following:
-Provide:
Summary of the situation prior to the paradigm shift and then paradigm shift situation itself, etc.
An analysis of the of the paradigm shift using an engineering management perspective Implications of paradigm shift
Summary/Conclusion Bibliography Appendices (if needed)
-Use the tools and concepts learned in class – using the knowledge from the theory of Paradigms
